What you need:

-        psp

-         Image

Save often
Let's get started....... Good Luck!

1.     Open a new image 400 X 400 > Transparent.

2.     Go to Preset Shapes Tool, Ellipse, foreground black, background locked.

3. Appetite a Ellipse

4.     Convert vectorlayer to rasterlayer.

5.     Select with you magicwand into the middle. Make a copy image and paste into selection.

6.     Selection – float

7.     Effects – cutout

8.      Repeat with -4.

9.     Selection none.

10.  Select the black border -- selection expand with2px > fill with gold or silver.

11.  Effects– Inner bevel

12.  Selection none.

13. Zet Locked this layer > activate the 1e layer

14.  Select all – copy image . past into selection

15.  Effect – texture effects – mosaïc glass

16    Selection none

17    Merge all.

18    Add border 25 px – select and fill wiht a color.

19    Effects – distortion – Punc change into  100

20    Selection invert  – same cutout also with  t -4

21    Selection none.

22    Select all – contract with15 > selections invert

23    Effects – inner bevel

24    Nelection none

25    Add border 20px – select and floodfill with your image see pattern angle 45 scale 10.

26     Effects – mozaïc glass,same setting > change only the left side into 50

27     Effects – inner bevel

28    Selection none.

29    Add border 20 px – select and fill with a color same inner bevel as point 23.

30    Selection none

31. Save as jpg.

Now your done!
