Okay, let's get started .

1.     Open your tube -- copy  with shift d and closed the original.

2.     Open a new image -- 400 x 400

7 Effects -- drop shadow see settings belowe.

8.     Repeat with -0

9. Effects -- plugin --  FM-filter -- blend emboss same settings.

10. New layer.

11. Preset shapes -- retrancle -- antialias line stile 10

12. Locked your background

       Foreground  gold

       see example belowe

13. Effects -- distortion -- curlicues see settings belowe

14. Effects  -- drop shadow -- see belowe, Repeat -2

15.  New layer.

16.  Open your corner. Copy - paste as new layer 

        with your mover tool put in place

17. Effects -- drop shadow -- see point 14 and repeat

18.  Duplicate in your layer palette

       Image - mirror

19  Duplicate this layer

       Image - flip

 20. Duplicate this layer

        Image - mirror

21. Merge all

22. Add border 6 pix, sym.

23  Fill with your gold

24. Drop shadow -- see point 14

25. Selections -- none
