What you need:

-     psp

-   a tube or my tube

Okay, let's get started

1.  Open your tube and copy your tube and close the original.

2.   Effects -- drop shadow - see settings belowe

3.   Effects -- inner bevel see settings belowe

4.  Duplicate in your layer palette -- locked  your copy -- Activate layer 1

5.   Effects  -- Distortion effects -- Ripple see settings  belowe

6.   Unlocked your copy -- make it active -- resize 80% -- all layers unchecked.

7.   Merge visible

8.   Preset shapes -- see settings belowe

Make a circle see belowe

9.   Select your text tool and open your font

10. Now it's time to add your text. vector checked -antialias checked. Type out your text and click okay.

11. Layerpalet -- delete your vectorlayer.

12. Effects -- 3d-effects -- drop shadow van H 2 - V2 opacity 75  - blur10

13. Effects -- inner bevel  -- metal same settings.

14. Merge visible 

      Copy  - paste as new image

       Save as gif. Thats all
