Let's started

1. Open your image -- copy your image and close the original.

2. Add border left - right and above 20 pix. Down 25 pix

3.  Selections with your magic wand the border -- Fill with a color from your image. 

Selections -- none

4.  Selections the border again -- tolerance 10.

5.  Effects – Filter Factory Gallery G -- Bevel 1

. Settings see  belowe

     6. Selections  -  invert.

7. Effects – 3d effects – cutout settings see belowe

8.  Selections -- none.

9. Add border -- left and above 8 pix -- right and down 6pix. Fill with a nice dark color.

10. Selections with your magic wand the border and settings again tolerance 10.

11. Selections -- invert.

12. Effecten – 3d effecten – drop shadow see belowe

13. Selections -- none.

14. Add border -- 5 pix sym.

15. Fill with your light color.

16. Selection the border  -- selections  -- invert

17. Same drop shadow as point 12.

18. Selections -- none.

19. Add border -- 35 pixels  symmetrisch -- fill with your light color.

20. Selection the border .

21. Effects -- Vm-Toolbox -- zoom -- settings see belowe

24.Effects -- drop shadow see belowe. Repeat again

25. Selections -- invert.

26. Repeat point 5

27. Selections  --  none.

28. Add border -- 3pixels -- fill with your light color.

29. Add border -- 3pixels -- fill with your dark color.

30.  Selections -- none

Save as jpg.
