masker diamond
and image (here)

and the image, extract
to your picture folder
Okay,
let's get started
1. Open your image in
psp make a
copy
and close the original.
2. New layer fill with
white
3.
Layers -- Mask load
from disk-- see belowe
4.
Selections from
mask.
5.
Maks --delete. Confirm
the merging..
6.
Fill with a light color.
Selections -- none
7.
Merge all layers.
8.
With your magic wand
select the mask from
the outside with your
freehand selection.
Point to point.
9.
Copy -- paste as new
image.
10.
Images -- canvas size
see belowe
11.
With your magic wand
-- click the transparant
and fill with a nice
gradiënt.
Effects
-- texturizer
– sandstone 4 .
12.
Selection -- invert
– selection modify
-- contract with 1 pix.
13.
Effects
-- inner bevel
--
Selection -- none
14.
Add a 13px border. Fill
with your gradiënt see
belowe.
15.
Effects -- inner
bevel -- metal
-- same settings --
okay.
Selections -- none.
16.
Add a 17 px border
-- foreground
pattern -- take your
image -- scale 30
-- angle 315 and
fill the border.

Effects
– DSB flux --
Gears same settings
-- okay.
Selections
none.
18.
Add 13 px border
-- fill with your gradiënt
Effects -- inner bevel
-- metal -- okay.
Selection -- none
Save as jpg.
