started.
Good luck!
1.
Open your picture in psp >> make a copy with shift d. Close the original.
2.
Open
new
image, transparent
>> 200 x
200 >> floodfill
with white.
3.
Images >> ad border > 5 pixels > don't use white!!
4.
Select with your magic wand >> fill with gold
5.
Ad border >> 10 pixels >> fill with white
6.
Select the border >> Effects >> plugins >> Super Blade pro
>> look
for your
preset.
Okay.
7.
Effects >> inner bevel >> see sample
8.
Selections
none
9.
Ad border >> 5 pixels >> select >> fill with gold
10.
Selections
none.

ATTENTION!!

Open a new
image: 400x400,
transparent.
13.
Go to your
frame >>
copy past
as new layer
on your
new image
(400x400)

Layerpalette >> make a copy

Okay,
now we work
on the copy
layer

Image
>> rotate
>> see sample
17.
Merge
visible.

With
your magic
wand click
into the
middle of
the white
section
>> delete

Selection
none

Click
now into
the middle
of the transparent
section

Selections >> modify >> expand with 1 pixels

New layer

Go to your picture >> copy and paste into selection

Don't
deselect!!!

Effects >> plugins >> Eyecandy 4>> see sample

Selection
none

Select now the 4 white corners

Selection >> modify >> expand 1 pixel

Effects >> plugins >> super blade pro >> fill with the same preset
as
nr. 6

Select all transparent sections

Flood fill
with a color
of your
choise

Now it most

Adjust >> add noise >> see sample

Add border
>>3 pixels >> selecteren >> fill with gold

7 pixels
>> flood
fill with
your preset.
Save
as
jpg.
