Install the filters, close and restart PSP or your filter won't work

Let's get started....... Good Luck!

1.     Open your image, copy with shift d and closed the original.

2.     Add border 3px è select and fill with a light color.

3.     Effects è Screenworks è Dot Screen è Effects > inner bevel.

4.    

5.     Selection none.

6.     Add border 7px, select and fill with the same light color  è texture effects è blinds

7.    

8.     Same inner bevel. Selection none.

9.     Repeat point 2, 3, 4, 5.

10.  Add border 15px, select and fill with white color è Filter Graphics è Horizontall Mirror

11.

12.  Selection none.

15.  Select the 2 parts white è Same Graphics è Vertical Mirror

16.  Selection none.

17.  Repeat point 2, 3, 4,5,

18.  Add border 20px è select and fill with the light color è Graphics è caleidoscoop

19.

20.  Repeat  caleidoscoop

21.  Select all 1 color parts è see below

22.  

23.  Effects è Screenworks è Pin Hole è selection none.

24.  Select all è selection contract 22px è selection invert è same inner bevel è selection none.

25.  Repeat point 2,3,4,5,6,7,8 and 9

26.  Save as jpg.
