Install filters.Open the materials in psp.

 Foreground and background in gold on a color from your image.
Enjoy!

1. Open your image, make a copy and close the original.  Make sure the width is 400px.
2.  Open a new transparent image 400 x 300 heigh.  Select all, copy of your picture and paste into selection.  Make with shift + D a copy.
3. Effects> Plugins> Visros.

4. Put the setting as in the example. If you have done this not click on ok. But where is the black hand. Looking for Background Page > Solid checked and the color must be white. Now click on ok.
5. Then it looks like this.

6. Now open your image that you've just put away.  Place the slider in the Layers palette to 60. Filter Unlimmited 2 > Tile en Mirror > Radial Tile.
7. Go to your box> select the white part and delete.
8. Copy box and paste as new layer on your image.
9.  Click with your magic wand next to your box, ensure that the active layer of your box. Selections invert. 1px with contract, selections.
10.  Selectie omdraaien. Selections Invert and then click delete. Invert Selection.
11.  Drop Shadow.

9. Select none.
10. Merge all.
11. 3px Border> select and fill with gold> inner bevel.

12. Select none.
13.  Add border  5px > select and fill with your color> Screen Works> Pin Hole.  Select none.
14. 3px Border> select and fill with gold, the same inner bevel.
15. Add border 15px> select and fill with your color> 2 Unlimited> Tile and Mirror> Mirror Distortion> horizontally. Select none.
16. Select the solid parts > again but Distortion Mirror> vertically. Select nothing.
17. Select all> selection contract 15px> selection invert> Unlimited> Buttons & Frames> 3d glass frame1.

18. Select none.
19. 3px Border> select and fill with gold, the same inner bevel.
20. Add border 5px> select and fill with your color> Screen Works> Pin Hole.  Select none.
21. 3px Border> select and fill with gold, the same inner bevel.
22. Add border 20px> select and fill with your color> Effects> texture effects> blinds.
23. 
24. Again but uncheck the box for Horizontal.  Same Unlimited> 3dglass frame. Select none.
25. 3px Border> select and fill with gold, the same inner bevel.
26. Add border 5px> select and fill with your color> Screen Works> Pin Hole.  Select none.
27. 3px Border> select and fill with gold, the same inner bevel
28. Open your corners. You may also use your own corners.  Put them in place.
29.  Merge All.
30. Save as jpg.
