1. Open a new image 400 x 300 high. Fill with a medium color.
2. New layer > select all.
3. copy the landscape or fractal and paste into selection.  Select none.
4. Effects plugins à à Jeux de lignes

4. Put the slider  on 70 of this layer.
5.  Shift + d to make a copy and resize the image by 80%.
6.  In this copy we will continue > make a copy of the lines mask layer > load from disk  search mask on Wavy Edges.
7. Delete mask layer, merge visible.
8. Copy and paste as new layer on the big sheet.  Slider in the Layers palette to 70.
9.  Go to you tube copy and paste as new layer, sliding to the left, colorize, slide on 55.
10. Merge All layers.
11. New layer
12. Now type some text on it.
13.  Give a drop shadow

14.  Merge All layers.
15. Add border 2px dark color
16.  Add border 3px light color
17. Add border 2px dark color
18. Add border 20 px white, select and fill with dark color.
19. New layer.
20. Go to your image or frachtal landscape, copy and paste into selection.
21. Same jeux de lignes. On slide 70.
22. . Merge all, don’t de select Inner bevel.
23. Inner bevel

24. Selection none.
25. Add border 2px dark color
26. Add border 3px light color
27. Add border 2px dark color
28. Save as jpg.
