1. Add border 2px, select and fill with gold.

5. Add border 20px, select and fill with your color à FFA à Weave

6. Nothing selects.

7. Select the blue areas now, fill with gold à add noise

Marked Gaussian and 50.

8. Select nothing, select all, Modify à contract with 20px, selection inverse. Filter Unlimited – Buttons & Frames - 3dGlass frame 2 and puts the frame size on 25. Selection none.

9.  Add border 2px, select fill with gold.

10. Add border 5px, select and fill with color, Screen works à Lace Screen à same inner bevel.

11. Selection none.

12. Add border 2px, select fill with gold.

13.  Add border 20px, select and fill with your color. New layer also fill with your color. Filter Unlim. - Tile &Mirror - kaleidoscope 2, Division 48 and Variation on 114. Merge all. Select the color (see example)

14.  Same add noise and inner bevel. Selection none.

15.  Select now the white plane, fill with gold, same add noise and same inner bevel. Selection none.

16.  Add border 2px, select and fill with gold.

17.  Add border  5px, select and fill with color, Screen works à Lace Screen. Same inner bevel. Selection none.

18. Add border 2px, select and fill with gold

19.  Add border 20px, select and fill with your color - Kang1 - are Wah Airlines

20. Same add noise on 25, same inner bevel. Selection none

21. Add border 2px, select and fill with gold.

22.  Add border  5px, select and fill with color, Screen works à Lace Screen. Same inner bevel. Selection none.

23. Add border 2px, select and fill with gold

24. Now you can place corners if you like

25. Save as jpg.
