What you need:

1.     Open a new file 350 x 300 heigt. Fill with a color from the tube add a texture. Copy the tube and paste as new layer. Merge all.  Make a copy. Select all à selection float à Cutout.

2.  Selection none.

3. Add border 2px, select, fill with gold  

4. Add border  5px, select and fill with a light color. Filter Factory A à Pool Shadow.

5. Inner bevel

6.     Selection none.

7.     Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold

8.     Add border  20px, select and fill with color à  Kang 4 à Bubblecross Weaves. 3 keer!

9.     Same inner bevel. Selection none.

10.  Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold

 11.  Add border  5px, select and fill with a light color. Filter Factory A à Pool Shadow. Same inner bevel. Selection none.

12.  Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold, selection none.

13.  Add border 20px à select and fill with your color. New layer fill with the gold pattern. Load Mask ‘Blind Angle’  from disc à delete mask à ungroup mask. Adjust à sharpen more.

14.  Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold, selection none.

 15. Add border  5px, select and fill with a light color. Filter Factory A à Pool Shadow. Same inner bevel. Opacity 40 à Selection none.

16.  Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold, selection none.

 17.  Add border 20p à select à copy image and paste into selection. New layer. Fill with gold, same mask load from disc, ungroup layer. Adjust, sharpen more. Same inner bevel. Opacity 50. Selection none.

18.  Add border 2px, select, fill with the same gold, selection none.

 19.  Add corners

 20.  Merge all and save as jpg.
