What you need:

-        PSP

-    Image 400 width

-        Alf’s Border FX

-        FM Tools

-        Simple

-        2 corners

-    Gold Pattern  ( The gold foil in the folder Patterns, the gold 6 in the folder Texture)

1.     Open an image make an copy and close the original.

 2.     Add border 2px èselect and fill with gold foil pattern è  Angle 0 – Scale 250. Selection none

3.     Add border 3px è Fill with and dark color

4.     Add border 2px è same gold foil

5.     Add border 10px è select and fill with gold foil è
Alf’s Border FX è Border Film

FM Tile tools è Blend emboss è dont deselect.

6.     New layer è cutout

7.     Selection none. è merge all

8.     Add border 2px èselect and fill with same  gold foil è Selection none.

9.     Add border 3px è Fill with the dark color.

10. Add border 2px èselect and fill with same  gold foil è Selection none.

11.  Add border 20px è select and fill with an light color.

12. New layer marked the texture è look for the goud5 and fill

13. Layer palette opacity 60. Don’t deselect à Merge all.

 14.  Effects è edge effects è enhance more. Same cutout

15.  Selection none.

16.  Add border 2px èselect and fill with same  gold foil è Selection none

17. Add border 3px è Fill with the dark color

18. Add border 2px èselect and fill with same  gold foil è Selection none

19. Add border 25px è Fill with an color à new layer fill with same as point 12. Opacity 50. Don’t deselect à Merge all.

 20.  Alf’s Border FX è Border Checker è

21.  Selection none.

22. Select the white boxes and fill with gold foil. Don’t forget to uncheckt the texture.

23.  Select all è selection contract  25px è selection invert è same cutout.

24.  Selection none.

25. Add border 2px èselect and fill with same gold foil è Selection none

26. Add border 3px è Fill with the dark color

27. Add border 2px èselect and fill with same gold foil è Selection none

28.  Add corners.

29.  Merge all and resize to 600 px width

30.  Save as jpg
