1.     First we make a corner. Open a transparent image 300 x300px. Foreground white. Click on the Paint brush. Size 250. Now click on your image.

2.     Effects à Drop shadow.

3.     Rezise with70%.

4.     Open the picture and a  transparent image 400 x 400. Floodfill the image with een color. Give a Texturize.

5.     Activate the Selection Tool, Ellipse.

6.     Now appetite a ellipse, like this

8.     Copy and paste as new layer on your empty imgag.

9.     Layerpalet à 1e layer locked. Activate the 2e layer, hit with the magicwand outside the ellipse. Selections invert. Selection float. Cut-out.

11.  Unlocked the layer. Merge vissible.

12.  Go to your Corner, copy and paste as new layer. Plugin Simple à Top Left Mirror. Merge all.

13.  Add border 3px, select fill with gold. Selection none.

14.  Add border 3px, fill with a color.

15.  Add border 20px, select, go to your image, copy and paste into selection. Plug-in Simple à Quick tile. Kaleidoscope.

16.  Selection float, layerpalet, promote selection to layer.

17.  Inner bevel.

18. Duplicate this border.

19.  Rotate with 45 right, rezise wiht 70%. Merge all.

20.  Add border 3px, with a color

21.  Add border, 3px, select, fill with gold. Selection none.

22.  Add border 3px, fill with a color.
